We spend way too much time battling over this food or that food in a battle for which food (and in what amount) is healthiest. Frankly, the debate, the twisting and spinning of study conclusions, and Big Food's massively funded efforts to confuse you (and the issue) to maintain the status quo is making me sick.
All this has been a big distraction from the often-overlooked area of Mental Health and our brain's role as the leader and keeper of our own personal healthy missions. It's hard to choose healthy when your mind isn't.
I'm excited and proud to be adding Mental Health into my overall missions of health.
Please, enjoy THIS post (from last month) and let me know (comment or share) if YOU think Mental Health is critical to lasting physical health (and well-being).
Thanks!
Dismissed!
